Show your middle and high school students that economics is everywhere by linking key economic concepts to the Thanksgiving holiday. How has the cost of a traditional turkey dinner changed over time? What is the economic impact of Black Friday shopping? We will explore these questions and more, sharing ready-to-use classroom activities along the way. Five U.S.-based Econiful members will win a copy of Peter Singer's Consider the Turkey.
